No, our posters are sold without a frame.

Our posters are created and printed in France. We control the entire production chain of our posters from A to Z to guarantee optimal quality and high-level customer service.

Our posters are rolled and placed in a protective tube which can also serve as a gift package. This packaging guarantees receipt of our posters in perfect condition.

No, but you can still contact us via our contact form if you have a customization request. This service will be billed according to the request, if we accept it.
DELIVERY

In France, we work with La Poste and Happy-Post.
For other destinations, it is mainly Happy-Post and Mondial Relay.

For mainland France, please allow the following times to receive your order:
· 6 to 8 business days for home delivery. Please allow approximately 3 additional business days for order processing.
· For the European Union, please allow 7 to 14 business days.
· For other destinations, please allow approximately 3 weeks.
Please note that during the holiday season, it is strongly recommended to order well in advance to ensure timely delivery. -
Delivery of your order is free of charge.

As soon as your order is processed by our logistics department, you will receive an email with your tracking link. By clicking on it, you will be able to follow the delivery steps of your package.

You must contact us via our contact form. We will then provide you with an email to send us a photo of your package or poster. This photo must be sent within 72 hours along with your First Name, Last Name, and Order Number so that we can identify you. If our responsibility or that of the carrier is established, a new poster will be sent to you free of charge.

Yes! To do so, simply enter your loved one's address in the delivery address field while entering your own address in the billing address field.

We accept payments by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

Is your card valid? Have you reached your limit? If your payment is declined, feel free to contact your bank, which will likely be able to resolve the issue. If there is no issue on that side, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.
RETURN & REFUND

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund.
To do so, simply contact us via our contact form to submit your request. Once approved by our service, you must return the product(s) in their original packaging (rolled and placed in the shipping box) to the address we will provide.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we have received your package, we will check the condition of the product and proceed with the refund if it is in perfect condition.
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.

The refund will be issued within 15 days after we receive your return. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.
