2) Placing an order

Receiving the delivery
Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to open the package to verify the condition of the products. If you do not personally receive the package, ask the person in charge of receiving it to perform this check. In case of a problem, please return the package to the carrier (La Poste or private transporter), stating the problem encountered, and contact our customer service the same day.
In the case of delivery by a private transporter, the transporter is not required to deliver inside your home and may hand over the package at the entrance of your building or house.
Receiving the transported items extinguishes any action against the transporter for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including holidays, following said reception, the recipient has not notified the transporter, by extrajudicial act or registered letter, of a reasoned protest (art L 133.3 of the Commercial Code).
7) Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. If this right is exercised by the User, the Product must be returned to worldsportprint.com within 15 (fifteen) days (starting from the day of receipt of the Products).
